There is always plenty to eat at the Memorial Day Camp Out.  From breakfasts that include a broad range of omelet fillings, endless hot dogs, and memorable dinners there is lots of food and enough variety to keep everyone happy.

So bring your appetite, and maybe a dessert to share.

Thursday Dinner – Italian Night

  • Eggplant Parmigiana

Friday Dinner – Chuck Roast

  • Chuck Roast with onions and potatoes

  • Roasted broccoli with lemon-pepper seasoning
  • Roasted sweet potato wedges
  • Salad Bar (see description below)

Saturday Dinner – Orange-glazed Chicken Thighs

  • Grilled Montreal Chicken Thighs
  • Orange-glazed Chicken Thighs
  • Rice
  • Quinoa (how about a protein bowl?)
  • Roasted Green Beans with lemon-pepper seasoning
  • Roasted Cauliflower with parmesan cheese

Sunday Dinner – Pork Roast

Please bring the following:

  • a camp chair
  • a personal coffee/cocoa mug
  • a personal water bottle
  • a desert to share, such as brownies or cookies
  • three gallons of spring water
  • one or more containers of ice (a milk bottle of frozen water works well).  Please label as ICE
  • any personal beverage choices.  Alcohol is illegal but has been tolerated as long as we hide it and are judicious
