Ingredients
- 4 cans sweet potatoes drained. (or use cooked mashed fresh sweet potatoes)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup margarine softened
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
- Combine and mix first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl until potatoes are mashed.
- Spray an 8 x 12 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
